Two years I came cross an unreleased track from "Google Me" songstress Teyana Taylor titled "Simon Sez", which was taken from one of her studio sessions with producer Jazze Pha. She recorded the song back in 2008 for her forthcoming untitled debut album. "Simon Sez" is a upbeat track featuring a hard hip-hop production, with a catchy hook which sadly overpowers her verses. Leaving a very empty feeling, she needed to go alot harder and own it.

At the time she recorded this song she clearly hasn`t find her own voice yet and be more confident with her music. Glad to see that has changed over the years and she is becoming the artist she was meant to be, no longer limiting herself, just owning her craft.
